In 2009, the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) launched the Donated Orthodontic Services program to address concerns among AAO members about access to orthodontic treatment for children in need. Access to quality dental care is a growing issue and one that needs to be acknowledged. As a result, the AAO launched this charitable program in five different states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
Since that time, the program has expanded to also serve Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. The AAO Donated Orthodontic Services program mission is to serve children without insurance coverage who are in need of braces and orthodontic treatment. Verbic Orthodontics is a proud member of the AAO Donated Orthodontic Services program and continues to help children in need of braces and orthodontic treatment throughout Illinois, including South Barrington, Barrington Hills, Lake Barrington, North Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Lake Zurich, Deer Park, Kildeer, Long Grove, Tower Lakes, Fox River Grove, Wauconda, Rolling Meadows, Palatine, and Barrington, Illinois (IL).
